All of our products are our own design and are produced in Atelier Vira.
No. Our products are designed by our designers based on the colors and models we determine that year. We do not have a customization option.
Yes, all the products in our collections are handmade.

PAYMENT
You can make your payments securely with your credit card / debit card on our website.
Shipping costs will vary depending on the country you order from and the shipment option you choose.
We have two delivery options, Standard and Express Shipping. Depending on the country you order, we also offer an Eco-Express option.

SHIPPING
We also want to receive a product immediately when it is purchased online 🙂 With this sensitivity, you can be sure we will deliver your orders as quickly as possible.
After your order is placed, your order will be prepared and shipped within 3 working days. The delivery time will vary depending on the delivery option and delivery address. If you choose the Express delivery option, your parcel will usually arrive within 4 business days. If you choose the Standard delivery option, it can take up to 15 business days. The exact time will be shown in the delivery option you select when you place your order.
We send our products with DHL, UPS, and FedEx.
Yes! In the future, we will also ship to other countries. Yes. We send your orders to the USA, Canada, and most of the countries around Europe.

RETURN POLICY
Yes, you can return every product you purchase on Designvira.com within 14 days following the date of delivery of the product. To create your return request, it is enough to send an e-mail to hello@designvira.com, specify your order number and send it to the address we will provide. The product you are returning must be unused, unwashed and resalable. The shipping fee for all returns belongs to the customer. The product you want to return will be examined after we receive it and if there is no contrary situation, the amount paid for the product will be sent to you within 3 business days.
There is no exchange policy on our site. You must first return the product you wish to exchange and then create a new order. In such a case, you can contact us via e-mail.
