When we receive your returned product, you will be notified by e-mail. If the return conditions are met, your refund will be refunded to your card you placed the order within 3 business days.

It may take up to 7 business days for your refund to be completed, depending on the communication between banks.

Purchases made in installments, your bank makes it to your account in installments.

If the return of the product is not requested due to reasons arising from Design Vira (defective, incorrect product shipment), the refund will be made by deducting the shipping costs (first shipping and return shipping fee total: 140₺) from the invoice amount.

The product you are returning must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in a resalable condition.
